比來經濟不景氣,我們公司 翻譯業績也一直下滑中,老闆要我們營業測驗考試聯系這些客戶:

1. 最近 2 年沒有向我們買東西的舊客戶 翻譯社

定期追蹤本來就是營業人員該做 翻譯事,可是跟寄開辟信一樣,客人紛歧定會答複,特別最近一片風聲鶴唳,所以不要寄望太高 翻譯社不外該做的事仍是要做,我建議不只是要問客人有無訂單?更要關心他們的現狀,供應最新行情趨向給他參考,並相互交換最新市場資訊 。並且不只最近這兩年的客戶要聯絡要追蹤,手邊所有 翻譯客戶都要再  follow  一遍。

至於信的內容該怎麼寫,以下謹供參考:

How are you doing ? It has been a long time since our last correspondence. We wish everything with you is as good as usual.

若是是參展時熟悉的新客人,可以加上這一段:

For reminding purpose, we met each other at 2007 CES show, and it seemed that you were very interested in our XXX products.
